1. What is PayPal?

We can't see your card details since PayPal encrypts them for security.

1. How can I cancel my order?
Before payment: If you haven't paid yet, there's no need to cancel—just don't complete the payment.
After payment: Contact us right away. If your order hasn't been shipped, we can cancel or modify it. If it's already shipped, we can't make changes.
2. How can I return an item?
Please contact Customer Service first. Provide:
Your order number
Reason for the return
Photos of the item (if there's a defect)
Your shipping address and phone number
You must return items within 30 days in their original condition.
3. What conditions allow for exchanges or returns?
Quality issues: If the item is defective, return it within 30 days in its original condition.
